Incepted in the year 1983 as a small firm named Shankheshwar Chhata Udyog in a small town Falna (Rajasthan) which is now rightfully known as Umbrella City all over India, we have grown manifold over the years. Under the guidance of our mentor Shri Babulalji Saremalji Rathod (popularly known as Babu Bhai), we have established ourselves as a leading manufacturer of umbrellas. Our company was established with a vision of creating a brand based on trust. Our brands Shankheshwar Umbrellas, Babu Brand Umbrellas, Ankit Umbrellas & Five Star Umbrellas are widely popular.
After nearly four decades in the industry, today we can proudly call ourselves multi-taskers in the umbrella industry - right from manufacturing umbrella parts and ready-to-use umbrellas to wholesale supplying and exporting - we do everything. Be it long umbrellas, golf umbrellas, kids umbrellas, folding umbrellas, designer umbrellas, three-fold umbrellas, garden umbrellas, beach umbrellas, promotional umbrellas - we have them all in store for you. We are one of the largest manufacturers of Cotton Umbrellas in India.

Not only this, we also have a separate division dedicated to manufacturing of umbrella spares and parts namely umbrella tubes, handles, sandow, folding auto frames, etc. Umbrella parts and accessories of a variety of sizes and dimensions are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility and supplied to umbrella manufacturers all over India and even abroad.

Following the footsteps of our founder and mentor Late Shri Babulalji Rathod, our group is now headed by our young and energetic Managing Director Mr. Ankit Rathod, who has a zeal to take the mission forward and make a mark in the industry. Holding a Post Graduate degree in Finance, having grown up seeing the group grow and having a vast experience of nearly a decade in the industry, he wants to take the group to the next level.
We are supported by a pool of administrators, engineers, technicians, craftsmen and skilled laborers - each a master in his or her own field. They work in harmony to offer a range of durable umbrellas. Their industry experience and customer oriented approach enables us to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Our craftsmen are apt in various production processes like designing, stitching, embellishments and finishing that makes our umbrella a style statement in the fashion conscious world.

Our long-standing industry experience has enabled us to design and offer a varied range of attention-grabbing umbrellas. We procure qualitative raw material from trusted vendors that makes our product trustworthy. We use quality fabric, metal, plastics and wood to manufacture durable range of umbrellas.
Our spectacular range of umbrellas are available in different designs and colors so that these can become the choice of all age groups viz. kids, grownups, young people and old people. Being a customer centric organization, we understand the requirements of our clients’ so we design and manufacture the umbrellas as per their specifications.
We possess capacious warehouses where we store raw material and the finished umbrellas. The unit is regularly cleaned and managed by our storekeepers to make it free from rats and pests that can cause damage to the manufactured umbrellas. Proper temperature is maintained in the warehouse to avoid the buildup of damp conditions that can destroy the quality and corrode the metallic parts of the umbrella.
Our packaging team carefully labels the packaging material before packing the respective umbrellas in them. The umbrellas are wrapped in non-sticky polythene covers and packed in sturdy boxes and/or cartons covered in gunny bags that ensure easy and prompt delivery.
We also have tie-ups with trusted transportation agencies who deliver our products safely within stipulated time frame. The expedite delivery process has enabled us to cater to our widespread clients.
